Great to meet you!

  • As a Professional Licensed Clinical Counselor, who has experience in multiple platforms (a women's prison, schools, and a Community Health Center, I have experienced many different situations and issues. I believe that mental health is an area that should be prioritized by everyone. I enjoy working with people of all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

  • I have found that I lean towards changing the way we think about things, thus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy comes naturally to me. I feel that the way we think often determines our choices, both right and wrong. Having good mental health is essential to each and every person.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you will be able to share your story and what you really want to achieve through therapy. We will work to create a safe and supportive environment for you to be able to share anything that you need to share. Together we will work to help you focus on the areas that you feel need to be addressed and find a way to improve your mental health.
