Great to meet you!

  • 've spent my career sitting with people in some of life's most difficult chapters — in schools, community health centers, and inside a women's correctional facility. What I've learned is that healing doesn't require a perfect life or a perfect set of circumstances. It requires an honest conversation and the courage to look at what's getting in the way. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, and I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and PTSD. I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors — and I believe every person, regardless of their past, is genuinely capable of change.

My approach to therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy forms the foundation of my work because I believe the way we think shapes everything — how we feel, what we choose, and how we move through the world. But therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Depending on what you're facing, I also draw on Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Problem-Solving approaches. My goal is always practical: we'll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, understand where they come from, and find concrete ways to shift them — not just talk about them.

What you can expect from me

Come ready to talk — or just come ready. Some clients show up with a clear agenda; others only know that something needs to change. Either way, that first session belongs to you.

You'll share what's brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to feel or do differently, and what a better life might look like. I'll listen without rushing you toward a diagnosis or a plan. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of direction together — and a path forward that actually feels like yours.
