Hello, I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, trained and experienced in mental health conditions. I obtained an advance practice degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Nicholls State University in 2025. Since then, I've had extensive training in a variety of settings in both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, treating children, adults and the elderly population, while pursuing my passion for psychiatry.
My approach to care is one that is compassionate, collaborative and patient centered tailored to you! I understand the courage it takes to seek help. I'm prepared to help and listen to you without judgments in order to steer you in the direction of improved mental health. I'm passionate about what I do, and I see healthcare as a team effort!
Everybody has a unique story to tell and should receive care that is tailored to them. So, I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns. My goal is to provide a warm, inviting space where you can feel safe. Together, we will then work together to get you back to feeling well. As your provider, you can expect accountability, efficiency, and respect along your journey to better mental health.
