Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Trini, a queer and neurodiverse therapist, and someone who deeply understands the power of holding space for complexity, identity, and healing. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a focus on Adult Mental Health and Wellness. My clinical journey has taken me across community mental health, integrated healthcare, and jail and forensic settings—giving me a deep appreciation for how trauma, systemic stress, and identity-based experiences shape our mental health. I specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD, life transitions, family conflict, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about working with first-gen, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and fellow neurodivergent folks who often feel unseen or misunderstood in traditional spaces.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, while always centering your unique experiences and strengths. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to me wanting to feel more connected to themselves and others, better understand their emotions, or manage the stress of masking, burnout, and overwhelm. Whether we’re unpacking long-held patterns, building coping strategies, or exploring identity in a safe space, my goal is to meet you with warmth, honesty, and support.
