Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Trinity Ash, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia. I have been practicing individual and family therapy over 7 years in a variety of treatment settings, and I have worked with diverse populations throughout my career. These experiences have taught me to see each client for who they are. I enjoy working with clients who are looking for support in ADHD management, anxiety and depression, relationships, self-confidence, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

During sessions, you will find me pull from my extensive knowledge and training of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to support your needs. I am also able to integrate Christian Faith Based principles upon request.

What you can expect from me

We will work collaboratively to build a strong therapeutic relationship and address the goals that matter to you and support you in living out your values. I am here to partner with you in creating a life that brings you peace, joy, and satisfaction.
