Great to meet you!

A majority of the clientele I see outside of my school social work setting are women who are seeking greater clarity and self-trust while navigating faith transitions, relationship challenges, and life changes. I also work as a school social worker, and this allows me to spend every day working with children who are working through and learning skills related to emotion regulation, peer relationships, and anxiety. I support children, adolescents, and young adults in their development of self-confidence, emotional resilience, healthy friendships, and effective coping skills for managing stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.

Together we will learn to process grief, rebuild self-trust, build confidence and resilience, and create a life that feels authentic to you.

I am able to meet clients in the evenings and on weekends.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and collaborative. I work with clients to identify their existing strengths and use those as a foundation for growth, helping them develop practical, personalized solutions that feel authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you as a whole person. I’ll gently ask questions to understand your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual experiences, while also learning what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to work toward. There’s no pressure—just a supportive space to begin.
