Great to meet you!

I wanted to be a therapist for those without any support in their world. I have worked with kids and adolescents in and out of juvenile hall, foster homes, the consequences of addiction, to those lonely, sad, grieving, anxious, and struggling with results of trauma. Getting my masters in Clinical Psychology helped me serve adults, kids/adolescents in need of someone to care, educate, walk next to, cry, laugh, be honest with and to find a new way when things, relationships, and life is hard.

My approach to therapy

I like to really know the real you! What makes you, you, and how those very things can help you overcome hurdles and help you understand yourself. I am 100% relational. I like to work on building a relationship with you to help you feel comfortable and to trust me and in our work together. I am direct, I like to use humor when appropriate but my goal is to provide a warm place for you to be yourself, be heard and work on the things you came to me for.

What you can expect from me

The goal is always to walk away feeling better then when you came in. To accomplish the goal we set out to accomplish together. And to know what and how to over come future difficulties on your own and with those who support you. My door is always open after you accomplish your goal to talk and work through new and ever changing life events.
