Great to meet you!

I attained a Master’s in counseling from B.H. Carroll Theological Institute that included the required classes for counselors, and also many additional spiritual classes in Biblical interpretation, doctrine and theology, which helps me identify and attend to spiritual abuse, and get access to the freedom to have an abundant life. During my Associates, I attended many trainings seeking as many interventions as possible, and I will continuously be seeking to find what can help as many clients possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My current approach is to get to know my client as organically as possible, and provide sound education in foundational skills, usually CBT, mindfulness, and other psycho-education and resources that align with their concerns and goals. I am EMDR trained, which is a very effective and efficient therapy that I hope clients will try, and finally, I round out self-awareness with IFS parts work.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients will likely feel like they processed and received helpful feedback with someone who is really listening to what they value and prioritize, and sort out and reduce some of the dissonance and the polarities, and feel like they have gained several different ways to increase good feelings, and decrease the bad, and with enough work, feel like they are their own mini-therapist.
