I believe that there can be healing, and it is my desire to help others through that process. I have learned that we can sometimes carry our past with us in our bodies, and not realize it so it is important to heal, and I strive to work with clients in healing if that is what they need. I enjoy helping clients find joy, passion and hope in life.
I am available to work with those of any age and stage in life. I am currently licensed as a School Counselor, and a LPC-MHSP(t). I am trained in Brainspotting and use that with my clients. I am a trauma certified counselor. I am a certified ACEs trainer for the state of Tennessee.
It is my hope as a therapist to help others to heal. I am passionate about trauma therapy. I believe that there can be healing, and it is my desire to help others through that process.
