Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with almost a decade of experience working with diverse populations working with adolescents and adults. Being vulnerable to ask for help when life is overwhelming is one the bravest things one can do for themselves. so be proud for making the leap. The foundation of my clinical practice lies in the power of the Mind/Body healing connection. I believe that everyone has an innate ability to heal, and I am committed to helping clients feel safe in their bodies to do this work. My focus now lies in working with adults 18 years and up on anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, coping skills, work stress, and women' issues.

My approach to therapy

My view of the therapeutic process is one of collaboration and strength-building. I operate from a place of warmth and care, and I am dedicated to helping others on their journey. My approach is person-centered, holistic, solution-oriented, and empowering with a dose of humor. I will be using evidence-based practices to help you recognize and modify unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, as well as assist you in building skills to regulate your emotions through modalities such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and trauma informed care.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling heard, seen, understood, and valued. Often, we adopt other people’s ideas of who we should be. We will explore your values and if you are aligned with living towards your authentic self and an innate knowing of you.
