Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like your mind won't slow down, your emotions are getting the best of you, or you're carrying so much for everyone else that there's nothing left for yourself? Maybe you're struggling to stay focused, feeling disconnected from your partner, grieving someone you love, or trying to meet family and cultural expectations while figuring out what you want for yourself. I understand how exhausting it can feel when you're doing your best but things still seem overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and confident that things can get better.

My approach to therapy

I believe understanding why you feel a certain way is important, but knowing what to do about it matters just as much. Together, we'll explore the thoughts and habits that keep you stuck, whether that's overthinking every conversation, reacting in anger, struggling to stay organized, or putting everyone else's needs before your own. I'll help you develop practical ways to manage difficult emotions, communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and handle everyday challenges. We'll focus on realistic changes that fit your life, your values, and the person you want to become.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to talk about what's been weighing on you and what you'd like to see change. You don't have to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin, and there's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to discuss. Whether you're navigating a painful relationship, struggling with anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by life's responsibilities, we'll start with what matters most to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the steps ahead.
