Great to meet you!

I am an out of the box thinker. I am authentic and transparent and I enjoy doing all that I can to make my clients feel comfortable and safe. I achieve this by suggesting interventions that are more practical for the clients lifestyle which results in clients noticing progress and changes that give them hope towards reaching their goals. This process encourages my clients to remain engaged in the process and working towards a better way of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to remain authentic and transparent with all of my clients. All humans see therapy differently. I make sure to meet my clients where they are and make my space a safe place without judgment where they can be heard, seen and reach goals that will allow them to make the changes that have brought them to therapy.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect to be seen and heard. They can also experience a little surprise when they realize this is not what they expected therapy to be like. If clients do not feel comfortable speaking in the first session, they will not be stared at in silence, we will causally chat, build rapport, no pressure. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is important to the therapeutic process. It is important that my client feels comfortable. This is achieved by allowing the client to go at their own pace. It's their journey. I am simply here as a safe space to help facilitate change and healing.
