Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy is a meaningful step, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing patterns. Many of my clients appear strong and capable on the outside, but feel exhausted inside from holding everything together. My goal is to help you untangle what’s weighing you down, rebuild self-trust, and feel confident showing up as your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded. I take time to understand your experiences, patterns, and strengths, then tailor our work to your goals. My style is compassionate but direct — offering both emotional support and practical tools. I integrate evidence-based strategies with insight-oriented and relational work to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to slow down, share what brings you in, and identify what you want to change. We’ll begin outlining goals that feel realistic and aligned with your needs. You can expect to leave with clarity about next steps and a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. Over time, clients gain stronger boundaries, quieter self-criticism, and greater confidence in themselves.
