Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Tristian and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and women’s issues. My counseling style is relaxed and down-to-earth—I want you to feel safe and comfortable being yourself from the very start. In our first few sessions, my focus is on building a genuine connection and really getting to know your story, your concerns, and what matters most to you. From there, we’ll work together to identify the stressors you’re facing and explore meaningful ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of approaches, leaning on Gestalt, person-centered, and strength-based perspectives, but I believe therapy should feel as unique as the person sitting across from me. Sometimes that means using creativity—bringing music, art, or movement into our work. Other times it’s about slowing down, practicing mindfulness, and finding ways to feel grounded in the middle of life’s stressors.

What you can expect from me

What drives me most is a deep belief that people deserve warmth, compassion, and a space where they feel seen. The world can be harsh and overwhelming at times, and my hope is to help you carve out a little corner of peace where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with your strengths. I love this work because I care about people—not just as clients, but as human beings trying to find their way. One step at a time, I hope to help you find growth, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.
