Tristine Barry

I have over 15 years experience treating clients with multiple mental health and addiction issues. I am a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and a licensed mental health therapist in both Florida and Vermont. In addition to this I specialize in resilience for professionals and stress and anxiety disorders.

I'm enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and groups to guide and assist in becoming there best self one baby step at a time.

I provide a comfortable and collaborative space as we begin with getting to know each other. It is my joy to actively listen and assist in setting small weekly goals based on your values and needs. I also utilize external resources to provide further understaning of the nature of the problem along with new skills to practice.
