Great to meet you!

I am a 2013 graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with my MA in Clinical Psychology. Since graduating, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of individuals - from toddlers to executives to entertainers. I work well with those who are:

  • experiencing major (or minor, really) life transitions
  • breaking out of their people-pleasing patterns
  • finding that their anxiety is preventing them from living their best life
  • trying to figure out their place in the world

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am empowering and affirming. My style tends to be very conversational - we are in this together. I am collaborative with clients while sprinkling in some "come to Jesus" moments or the much-needed challenging that clients may need.

What you can expect from our first session

Overall, we know the goal is to "feel better" - however, I also work with clients on shorter-term, relevant goals. All this is done in a warm, friendly environment meant to help you grow and thrive, and eventually spread your wings to fly back out there with new ways of helping yourself in your life.

Tritia's style is

Warm
Open-minded
Empowering
