Great to meet you!

My company website is InnerFreedomConsulting.com

As a trained psychotherapist, I offer an authentic, no-nonsense approach to help adults address their core challenges. I provide loving, straightforward feedback in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be real and begin healing.

Together, we’ll identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and promote lasting change and resilience, based on your needs.

With a unique blend of education and personal life experience, I earned an MA in Spiritual Psychology at 45 and was honored as "Student of the Year" in 2005.

My journey towards a meaningful life began after personal crises in 1995, where I shifted from seeking external change to focusing on my own growth and healing.

Over time, I learned to set boundaries, express my feelings, and prioritize my needs, while also collaborating with others to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I had to cut some people out of my life too.

These lessons guide my work with clients as they navigate their own path toward growth and balance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is authentic, direct, and deeply collaborative. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself, express your true thoughts and feelings, and begin healing.

I provide straightforward, loving feedback to help you gain clarity and insight into the challenges you face.

Drawing from my diverse background in Spiritual Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy, and TEAM-CBT, I integrate a variety of methods tailored to your unique needs. We’ll work together to identify patterns that may be limiting you, develop practical strategies that feel right for you, and foster lasting change and emotional healing.

At the core of my approach is the belief that healing and growth come not just from understanding and meeting your own needs, but also from owning your personal power—embracing your ability to make choices, set boundaries, and act in alignment with your authentic self.

I guide you to reclaim your inner strength and step into your full potential. This means cultivating self-awareness, expressing yourself authentically, and learning how to collaborate with others in meaningful, balanced ways.

Through this process, you’ll develop the resilience and tools needed to create a life that feels purposeful, empowered, and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from our first session

When you work with me, you can expect to feel deeply understood and empowered to take action in ways that align with your values and beliefs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and straightforward, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world and challenges. Together, we’ll focus on fully embodying your personal power—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually—while identifying practical strategies that promote lasting change and self-awareness. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, or healing from past wounds, I’m here to guide you toward growth, resilience, and a life that feels purposeful and authentic.
