Troy Fulton, FPMHNP-BC, is an experienced psychiatric provider at Mesquite Valley Integrated Health in Mesa, Arizona. He is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults find peace and harmony in their lives.

With over 25 years of experience as a nurse, he has worked in various areas, including pediatric and adult trauma, emergency services, inpatient care, residential and outpatient mental health, as well as substance abuse intervention and treatment.

My mission is to help my patients navigate life’s ups and downs, as we all need support to overcome various challenges. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or negative thought patterns, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by frustration. However, I am here to improve your quality of life by offering a combination of therapy, medication, and complementary alternative medicine.
