As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience, I founded AllWell Therapy PLLC to address the need for compassionate, competent care for marginalized communities. I work with folks navigating challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges.
I have a more conversational style and like to make sure that therapy feels like a conversation instead of an interrogation. I take an insight oriented and strengths based approach, which helps folks explore the origins of problems, develop new awareness, identify patterns as well as create new strategies to heal and grow.
