Great to meet you!

Ready to transform your life? Whether you are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, weight loss, or relationship issues, or simply leveling up from "good" to "great," the power to change is within reach.

I provide clinical services for individuals struggling with issues of substance use, self-improvement, spiritual direction, and first time psychosis. I also provide private recovery coaching and family support services.

Life can be confusing and overwhelming at times, but our true purpose and passion is within us and we need only to identify this purpose and integrate it into our life circumstances. The process is best engaged with an experienced guide and partner, let’s discuss what your journey will look like very soon.

My approach to therapy

I offer an integrative, recovery-oriented approach that fosters self-improvement by combining Person Centered, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused techniques to heal underlying pain, while utilizing Strength-Based and Positive Psychology to build resilience, cultivate purpose, and accelerate growth. This encourages the development of an inner "Self" that leads the healing process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will develop a clear understanding of the issues you are currently managing, a list of current resources, and a set of attainable goals to start the process of improvement.
