My approach to therapy

I enjoy providing a therapeutic space in which people can gain insight into their circumstances. I spend a lot of time listening and collecting data. My brain is like an elephant; I remember little details and bring those details back into the conversation when relevant. It is these small details that can make a big difference in the therapeutic relationship. I am engaging and participatory. It is easy to see my lighthearted and colorful personality throughout the sessions.

What you can expect from me

I am an educator at my core. Not only do I provide support and help you to resolve deep rooted issues, but I teach the client about what may be happening diagnostically. I also teach them the theoretical orientation from which I am working so they can better inform themselves.
