Great to meet you!

With 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, including day treatment programs, outpatient clinics, and intensive in-home and community-based services. I provide individual counseling to those navigating challenges related to emotional regulation, substance use, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and grief.

I am passionate about helping clients develop practical skills and strategies that support lasting growth and emotional well-being. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that builds on your strengths, challenges unhelpful thinking patterns, develops healthier coping strategies, and encourages consistent self-care practices. My goal is to empower you to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to listen, learn about your unique experiences, and understand how I can best support you. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and understanding. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where we can build trust, work collaboratively toward your goals, and foster meaningful growth in both your personal and professional life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and explore whether we are a good fit to work together. My priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your experiences without judgment. We will discuss your personal and professional goals, identify the challenges you would like to address, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Together, we will work through obstacles at a pace that feels right for you, building on your strengths and developing the skills you need to move forward with confidence.
