Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, holistic mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, schizophrenia, and substance use challenges, helping them regain balance and confidence in their lives.

My approach to care is warm, empowering, and collaborative. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported while navigating their mental health journey. I work closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports emotional well-being, symptom management, and long-term stability.

With experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, I have supported individuals facing complex mental health challenges and life stressors. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy, while incorporating lifestyle and coping strategies that promote lasting wellness.

I am passionate about helping people develop the tools and understanding they need to take control of their mental health. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based, combining both medication management and therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs.

I integrate multiple treatment approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT
  • Strength-based and solution-focused approaches

This allows me to support clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and behavioral patterns.

I focus on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by considering emotional, psychological, lifestyle, and relational factors. I work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, and practical coping strategies, while empowering you to take an active role in your healing process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming and supportive space where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.

During this session, I will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we will explore:

  • Your current concerns (such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or mood changes)
  • Your mental health and medical history
  • Sleep patterns, stressors, and lifestyle factors
  • Past treatments and current medications
  • Your personal goals for therapy and overall well-being

This session is also your opportunity to ask questions and share what matters most to you.

By the end of our time together, we will begin creating a personalized treatment plan, which may include therapy approaches, coping strategies, and medication options if appropriate.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling comfortable, understood, and hopeful about your next steps.
