Hello and thanks for wanting to learn more about me. I am a national and Texas board certified licensed professional counselor practicing in the Houston area. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to explore and question; challenge and process; or perhaps simply to speak freely to someone who will aptly listen. As your partner in therapy, we'll let the uniques of our interaction guide the work and learning. I value the trust given to me and as should be with any therapist, hope truly that we'll be working toward you being independent and no longer needing my services!
I hope the first session affords the opportunity for us to learn more about one another; to find out about each other's ebbs and flow, if you will. Every individual is unique, and trust is something not always easily earned, even for those that come to counseling with every intent on sharing.
In essence, I hope to simply to learn about you as you learn about me as we begin to establish that comfortable space where sharing and therapy may take place.
