Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves compassionate, respectful, and judgment-free mental health care. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 16 years of experience in mental health and psychiatric care, including inpatient and outpatient settings.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders (SUDs), and other behavioral health concerns. I have a particular interest in substance use and recovery, co-occurring mental health conditions, and geriatric mental health.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand your story, goals, and concerns and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. When medication is appropriate, I provide thoughtful medication management, education, and ongoing support.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own. We can start where you are and take it one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I listen to each client’s concerns, goals, and unique circumstances and work with them to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs. I use evidence-based care and thoughtful medication management when appropriate, with a focus on mental health, substance use, and overall well-being. My goal is for every client to feel heard, respected, supported, and involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. Our first session will focus on understanding your concerns, mental health history, current medications, goals, and any substance use or other factors that may affect your well-being. Together, we’ll explore treatment options and develop an individualized plan that fits your needs, with a focus on building stability, insight, and confidence as you move forward—one step at a time.
