Great to meet you!

I am Licensed in both NYS (LMHC) and GA (LPC). I use a solution-focused, person centered, narrative and existential approach to therapy; but I’m also eclectic and make sure that you receive the treatment you need. I am also a first generation American (Trinidadian), so a multicultural approach is typically used when approaching certain issues. I am very eclectic in my approach as well and will work on tailoring the experience to every client I meet.

Populations I have served are children through adults. But I mainly like to focus on working with College-aged adults (18-22) and adulthood (23+).

Populations I have served are children through adults. But mainly focus on work with teens-adulthood.

I excel in working with those for Anxiety, Depression, and those adjusting to life changes (ex. college, newfound adulthood, finding yourself after the loss of a relationship).

My approach to therapy

I take a very creative approach to therapy and have no problems researching new ways to help a specific problem. I love to make my sessions feel like a safe space to say whatever comes to mind; no judgement.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be excited to meet the following week to explain more of your lore/backstory. I want you to feel safe and heard after leaving a session and ready to take on the week ahead of you.
