I specialize in immigrant trauma and second-generation immigrant experience and have been practicing since 2020. Being a second-generation immigrant myself, I have an understanding for the unique challenges and cultural complexities that individuals and families face in the immigrant experience. I primarily offer telehealth and Walk & Talk Therapy at a local hiking trail in Herriman, UT.

I provide culturally competent therapy that addresses acculturation stress, family conflict, identity issues, discrimination, and trauma/vicarious trauma related to migration experiences. My ultimate goal is to help families, couples, and individuals increase life satisfaction; whether that be by improving relationships, making healthy connections, learning new skills, managing mental illness, etc.

You can expect therapy with me to be casual, supportive, and direct. I teach skills where they are necessary. Most of the time, I find that you already have the skills to cope and manage life. My therapy is often exploring your upbringing and how that impacts your current life, then you can decide how you would like to explore the future.
