Great to meet you!

I help children, teens, and families navigate the everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming: difficulties with attention and focus, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation struggles, anxiety, and parenting stress.

I am a Registered Play Therapist offering neurodivergent-affirming care and comprehensive mental health support.

My approach to therapy

Many families come to therapy feeling unsure where to turn or how to help their child thrive. My goal is to create a supportive space where concerns feel heard, strengths are recognized, and growth feels possible. I blend evidence-based approaches with play, creativity, and practical strategies that meet your child where they are. Whether your child is struggling in school, having trouble with peers, or you’re feeling stuck as a parent trying to help them thrive, I’m here to walk alongside you. I work collaboratively with parents — giving you tools you can use at home, helping families build confidence, connection, and calm.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know one another and the counseling space. We will discuss the counseling process, identify areas for growth, address any questions, and plan next steps. I look forward to the opportunity to know you and your family!
