Great to meet you!

I offer a safe, respectful, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind. I see therapy as a partnership, with your goals, values, and voice guiding our work. I tailor sessions to your needs using evidence-based tools, and I may suggest simple between-session practices to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My style is relaxed, collaborative, and focused on you as a whole person. We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, relationships, and daily life all connect. I often use CBT to help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build tools you can use in everyday life, with humor and lightness when it feels helpful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling hard, and what you hope for moving forward. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your story, share what therapy with me looks like, and leave space for any questions you have. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether this feels like the right fit and what next steps could look like.
