I have been a nurse for 29 years, 11 of that as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and the last 5 and a half as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with the chronically mentally ill in Washington. I have a Doctorate in Nursing from Washington State University. I am now in Memphis, TN opening a private practice that will help you live your best life. We can work through your struggles together with medication management and therapy.

My approach to care is trauma based using motivational interviewing and providing a warm, safe space for you to engage in meaningful interaction to provide the best care possible.

A session with me will include therapy and medication management. It will be my goal to provide help with life stressors and treat with medications, if necessary, while finding the medications with the least side effects .
