I am a dual-certified psychiatric and primary care nurse practitioner with a background in functional medicine. I enjoy working with individuals motivated to treat their mental health problems and grow personally and professionally. I work with individuals living with developmental disabilities, ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

I have a holistic approach to patient care. I am trauma-informed and recognize that unresolved emotional trauma will manifest in many different ways that are entirely individual. I provide medication management and therapy, education, dietary recommendations, and referrals for specific treatments or therapy based on individual needs.

Patients can expect to leave a session with an overview of their progress toward their personal goals, including improvement in the symptoms that lead to seeking care and a plan to continue their progress toward those goals.
