Great to meet you!

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, you're not alone. Many of the women I work with are navigating burnout, grief, anxiety, life transitions, financial stress, or the pressure of constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs.

Hi, I'm Tyana Larise Ingram, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from solution-focused and narrative therapies to help clients gain clarity, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I also offer optional Christian faith integration.

Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply feeling ready for something different, therapy can provide a space to slow down, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me listening to live music, journaling, spending time outdoors, or taking walks with my rescue pup, Sunny D.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and care. I use solution-focused, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and navigate life's challenges. When relevant, we may also explore the relationship between emotional well-being, financial stress, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, and for those who desire it, I offer optional Christian faith integration.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space where they can show up as their authentic selves. In our first session, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, clarify your goals, and begin identifying the strengths and challenges that have shaped your experiences. Many clients leave feeling seen, supported, and more hopeful about what's possible moving forward.
