Great to meet you!

The experience of life can be dark at times, but it is my sincere belief that with positive intention, dedicated effort, and genuine connection we can brighten your journey. My professional experience in private practice, non-profit agencies, and school settings has given me the ability to comfortably counsel individuals addressing a number of different issues.

My approach to therapy

Counseling is about identifying a client’s needs. This varies from person to person. At times counseling is addressing specific patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and physiology to address emotional concerns. Other times counseling is about creating a safe place for holding space for the unknown and unwanted aspects of life. I’m here to get to know you and your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session with a clearer understanding of what you’re feeling and facing right now, along with supportive next steps to help you move forward with more confidence and clarity.
