I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, who for many years have been counseling people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, poor anger management, problems within their intimate relationships, communication problems within their family, parenting challenges, grief/loss, adjustment issues and job loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling framework is a combination of solution-focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a Mental Health Practitioner, I empower clients to be the best experts in their lives by teaching them tangible/realistic skills to help replace maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors that have caused chaos in their lives, with positive ones.
