Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome to my practice! My name is Tyesha Sullivan, PMHNP-BC, and I am board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults through a personalized holistic approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe that the best outcomes come when patients are actively involved in their care, so I work with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle.

I take a holistic approach to mental health, considering not only symptoms but also lifestyle, stressors, relationships, and physical health. I believe mental well-being is best supported by addressing the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I use strength-based approach, helping patients recognize their resilience and build upon it. I see each individual as more than their diagnosis, and I aim to guide patients toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect open communication, education about your symptoms and treatment, and collaborative process that ensures your voice is central in decision-making. Also, clients can expect to leave the session with a clearer understanding of their mental health, their treatment options, practical strategies they can use in daily life.
