Great to meet you!
Seeking help for your mental health takes courage, and I'm honored you're considering me to be part of your journey. My goal is to provide compassionate, respectful care where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.
Hello! I'm Tyhesha Ware, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
My background includes caring for veterans, individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs, and people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I spent years as a registered nurse in primary care, care management, public health, and correctional healthcare. Those experiences taught me that every person's story is unique and that effective treatment begins with listening without judgment.
I treat a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, stress, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your treatment decisions.
Whether you're seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I'm committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.
