Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I believe therapy is a space to find meaning, heal, and reconnect with yourself. My work is grounded in an existential approach, and I help clients navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, purpose, and growth. Since 2022, I’ve worked as a school counselor and PLPC, supporting children, teens, and adults with anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My training began with adults in graduate school, and I’m excited to return to that work now as an LPC. I’m a two-time graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, and I currently serve as a research assistant in counselor education and supervision while pursuing my doctorate in the field. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to, and I work to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, your background, and what you hope to gain from our work together so we can move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of what therapy with me looks like and the next steps we can take toward your goals!
