Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting individuals across outpatient therapy, foster care, unhoused services, and correctional settings. I earned my graduate training in social work and am currently working through my doctoral program, continuing to deepen my clinical knowledge and practice. I have a compassionate, direct, and goal-oriented style that balances warmth, honesty, and even humor when helpful.

My clinical work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, boundary setting, relationship patterns, attachment styles, life transitions, and stress related to identity, family, or systems. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood while also supported in building insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Person-Centered Therapy, Systems Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Certified (C-DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

I take a person-centered and systems-informed approach to therapy, honoring the relationships, identities, environments, and lived experiences that shape each person. My work is also informed by lived and professional understanding of accessibility, chronic illness, and fluctuating capacity, and I strive to create a space where clients feel believed, respected, supported, and gently challenged as they move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a therapy space that feels safe, collaborative, and real—where you can feel supported without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. Together, we may work toward building healthier boundaries, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-worth, understanding relationship patterns, reducing anxiety or trauma responses, and creating more sustainable ways to cope. I aim to balance compassion with accountability, helping you feel validated while also supported in taking meaningful steps toward the life you want.
