Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins when you break free from the thoughts, patterns, and stories that no longer serve you. My mission is to help you unlock the potential that already lives within — to quiet the inner critic, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your most authentic self. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences and find clarity. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that change is always possible.

My approach to therapy

I offer sports therapy to help athletes build confidence, manage stress, recover mentally from injuries, and perform at their best—on and off the field. I offer men’s therapy focused on stress, relationships, identity, and emotional health—helping men grow, heal, and thrive in every area of life.

What you can expect from me

My own experiences with anxiety led me to therapy, and eventually into this work. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, and I honor the courage it takes to begin that process. That’s why I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a focus on creating a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself — no judgment, no pressure.
