I am a trauma-informed clinician dedicated to helping survivors of interpersonal and family violence move forward therapeutically with safety, respect, and evidence-based care. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients’ experiences are validated and their autonomy honored. My first priorities are stabilization and safety: collaboratively developing personalized safety plans, addressing immediate practical needs, and building emotional regulation and grounding skills so clients can reduce distress and feel more present in their lives.
I integrate evidence-based therapies tailored to each person’s readiness and goals—such as cognitive-behavioral approaches, trauma-focused CBT, ACT, & DBT—to process trauma, reframe unhelpful beliefs, reduce PTSD and depression symptoms, and improve coping.
Therapeutic work also centers on rebuilding agency and relationships: strengthening boundaries, improving interpersonal skills, restoring trust, and setting values-based goals that support independence and well-being while also practicing with cultural humility and individualized care.
