Great to meet you!

As a board‐certified clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience, I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for long‐term wellness. Anxiety can show up in many ways — excessive worry, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, panic attacks, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, irritability, and tension in relationships are all possibly signs.

I’ve spent years helping people understand these symptoms, make sense of how they’re connected, and learn effective strategies to reduce distress and regain control. If you’re experiencing any of these challenges, I would love to help you build clarity, confidence, and a path forward.

My approach to therapy

Many people are surprised to learn how closely the mind and body are connected. Difficulty breathing, disrupted sleep, or digestive discomfort can absolutely be related to stress — and understanding that connection can be empowering. I am specially trained in evidence‐based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for generalized anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, specific phobias, and related concerns. I also integrate CBT, solution‐focused strategies, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and somatic approaches that help you understand how your body responds to stress.

What you can expect from me

You know your story better than anyone, and together we’ll create a clear path toward feeling better. I’ll help you understand what’s driving your symptoms and support you in making meaningful, lasting change. After your first session, you’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a grounded plan you can trust. Oh, and if you want to include your faith in treatment, I am fine with that!
