Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is most effective when people feel safe and supported, and my master’s degree in forensic psychology taught me to see things from multiple perspectives to support clients. I have worked in outpatient substance use treatment and integrated healthcare and also taught and supervised students and early-career therapists. These experiences have helped tailor my practice to support clients experiencing complex and traumatic events, relationship issues, addiction, and life changes.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach stems from psychodynamic therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. In sessions, I use an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy that identifies how past experiences keep us from feeling fulfilled in the present. I collaborate with my clients to help them feel empowered to change patterns and live more authentically.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and bring authenticity into your life. I empower my clients to take charge of their lives by identifying and resolving patterns so they can regain control of their lives.
