Great to meet you!

I specialize in anxiety and stress management. My focus is providing support to the LGBTQ+ community, albeit you do not have to be part of that demographic to work with me. I use a variety of techniques in session from motivational interviewing, CBT, EMDR, ACT, somatic therapy, and art therapy to assist you with improving your emotional wellbeing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During sessions with me I will provide you with practical tools to manage your distress and provide support towards changing habits and behaviors that aren't working for you. I can also provide suggestions for managing relationships that have become a source of distress, and support your self-efficacy towards change by helping you reach goals that can improve your sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect that working with me will involve plenty of conversation so that I can get to know you, and you can get to know me. I will also guide you towards change that will result in you feeling a sense of empowerment.
