Great to meet you!

Are you feeling constantly overwhelmed by a never-ending to-do list, or struggling to find your footing during a major life change? Maybe you’re navigating a difficult breakup, feeling stuck in a career that no longer fits, or find that your inner critic has become way too loud. If you’re an adult in Texas feeling like you’re just going through the motions, you deserve a space where you can finally exhale.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults who are ready to move past the weight of anxiety and depression to build a life that actually feels good. We’ll look at the patterns keeping you stuck using CBT to shift those unhelpful thoughts, and SFBT to get you moving toward your goals quickly. My approach is Client-Centered, which is just a fancy way of saying you are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you without judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, casual environment where you can be your authentic self. We won’t just sit in the heavy stuff; we’ll work on practical tools so you leave feeling lighter and more capable of handling whatever the week throws at you. I offer convenient telehealth appointments across Texas with evening and weekend availability to fit your busy schedule. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, and Ascension Smarthealth. Let’s start working toward the version of you that feels energized and in control again.
