My approach to therapy

I help clients work through challenges by exploring the experiences behind their struggles. Together, we process what’s happening, identify the thoughts and emotions connected to their frustration, and develop healthier ways to understand, respond to, and move forward from difficult situations.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, exploring your current challenges, and identifying your goals for treatment. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story in a supportive, judgment-free space while we begin building a plan tailored to your needs.
