Great to meet you!

My career in mental health began as a registered nurse in 2018 at a 100 bed inpatient facility. Interacting with clients, my fascination with psychiatry, and witnessing the profound benefits of metal health treatment influenced me to further my education. In 2020, I initiated my journey towards becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I graduated from Walden University in February 2023 and have been practicing as a board certified PMHNP since April 2023.

My approach to therapy

My style is compassionate, understanding, open-minded, and solution oriented. The client should feel they have equal say in their treatment, and never feel compelled to participate in any treatment that they do not feel completely comfortable with.

What you can expect from me

The overall goals and outcomes for the client are always based on safety, confidentiality, attainability, and progress. Everyone has a unique background and story that brings them to seek mental health treatment and I strive to create an environment of trust, comfortability, and kindness.
