Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University and have been practicing for nearly five years, with experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, including motor vehicle accident trauma and injury. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, honoring each person’s strengths while moving at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. Together, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences while creating space for healing, growth, and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space where we focus on getting to know one another and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, your history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My aim is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected, and to begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and attainable for you.
