Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges and transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard. I’m passionate about holding space for what often goes unseen, bringing warmth, compassion, and authenticity into our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. Together, we’ll explore patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be impacting you while building on the strengths you already have. I balance support and reflection with gentle challenges that encourage growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and giving you the space to share your story. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, where you are in life right now, and what you’re hoping for along the way. There’s no expectation to have the right words or know exactly where to start. We’ll figure that out together.
