Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinicial social worker. I have an MSW from Binghamton University, along with a BA in Psychology from SUNY Cortland. I have worked extensively in outpatient mental health. I specialize in treating anxiety, adjustment issues, mood issues, trauma, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

It’s important to me to facilitate sessions that are candid and down to earth. I want to get to know you and your goals while offering tools and takeaways that leave you feeling heard, inspired, and ready to tackle the issues that have led you here. I know it can be overwhelming trying to navigate all that life can throw at you- therapy can be a space where you can face these stressors head on, with unwavering support.

What you can expect from me

I support clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their goals. From there, we implement strategies that lead to improvement in quality of life. I specialize in treating anxiety, fear of uncertainty, and navigating life transitions. I gravitate toward blending somatic work with acceptance, problem solving, and values-based action.
