Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for about five years and believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space, even in a virtual setting. My style is real, down-to-earth, and compassionate, and I want clients to know they do not have to have everything figured out before showing up.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is solution-focused and collaborative, helping clients identify what is going on and work through next steps together. I often use CBT and reframing techniques to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns and create meaningful change. I also enjoy working with families, especially around communication styles, miscommunication, and learning new ways to connect.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel warm, welcoming, and judgment-free, with a focus on getting to know one another. We will explore what brought them to therapy, talk about their current concerns, and discuss what they hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while beginning to build skills, grow, and move toward meaningful change.
