Great to meet you!

Are you feeling unseen, overwhelmed by anxiety, chronic illness, or persistent relationship issues? I work with adults, elders, couples, and families from all walks of life—especially those struggling with the complex challenges of Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, or life transitions. My clients often feel stuck or burdened by emotional distress, needing practical, immediate tools for coping. You want a path to healing that respects your cultural and spiritual background. My goal is to use my 20+ years of experience to provide the concrete support and knowledge you need to regain control and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals, couples, and families tackle everything from anxiety and depression to navigating chronic pain or Intellectual Disabilities. We use a whole-person approach that includes spiritual healing and Christian counseling. I teach practical skills, based on effective methods, to create deep, lasting change.
